Terms of service

Last updated: 11 October 2026.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Payman (the website, dashboard or API) you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Acceptable use policy.

2. Your account and access token

Your account is one access token, shown once when you create it. We store only a hash of it, so we can't show it again, recover it or reissue it. Anyone who holds the token can use your account and balance, so keep it secret. If you lose it, we can't restore access.

3. Verification and limits

New accounts can send to up to 500 recipients per day. Verification lifts that limit; we may ask questions about your use before verifying, or keep the limit in place. The API accepts up to 50 requests per second per account.

4. Use of the service

You may only send lawful messages to people who have agreed to receive them, in line with our Acceptable use policy and the laws of the sending and destination countries. You are responsible for your message content, recipient lists and sender IDs.

5. Sender

Messages are sent from international numbers on our routes. The sender recipients see varies, and custom sender IDs are not available. Do not present your messages as coming from a person or organisation you don't represent.

6. Prices and billing

The service is prepaid. Each message is one SMS (up to 160 characters, or 70 with non-Latin letters or emoji) and is charged at the destination's rate when it is queued. Volume discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% apply automatically when your confirmed top-ups in the last 30 days reach 500, 2,000 and 10,000 USDT. Prices may change and apply to messages queued after the change.

7. Top-ups

Top-ups are accepted only in Tether (USDT) on the Tron network (TRC-20), from 50 USDT. Send the exact amount shown, including every decimal, to the address shown before the request expires. Your balance is credited after the payment is confirmed on the network and may be reviewed before it is credited. Payments in other tokens, on other networks or for a different amount may not be credited and may be lost.

8. Failed and cancelled messages

Messages rejected before reaching a carrier are not charged, and the amount returns to your balance. Cancelling a scheduled message before it is sent returns its charge. Once a message has been handed to a carrier, the charge stands even if the phone is unreachable or the carrier does not deliver it.

9. Balance and refunds

Your balance does not expire. Refunds of unused balance follow the rules on the Payments page. Balance obtained or used in breach of these terms is not refunded.

10. Suspension

We may pause, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, receives credible abuse reports or is subject to a legal request, and we may hold messages for review.

11. Service and liability

The service is provided as is. Delivery depends on third-party carriers and the recipient's phone and is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

12. Data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy policy. Message text is deleted 30 days after sending.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site and in the dashboard before they take effect, and using the service after that means you accept them.

14. Contact

Contact us through tickets in your dashboard. Tickets open once your first top-up has been confirmed.
