Privacy policy

What we collect

Your account ID and a hash of your access token (never the token itself), your balance and top-up records, the messages you send (recipients, text, status and cost) and your support tickets.

Technical data

Your IP address and device type when you sign up, kept as a one-way hash to limit the number of accounts per network, and request logs needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To deliver your messages, keep your balance, prevent fraud and abuse, answer your tickets and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data or use your messages for advertising.

Message content

Message text is deleted 30 days after sending. Delivery records without the text are kept for billing and your history.

Sharing

We share message data with SMS carriers only as needed to deliver it, and payment data with our payment processor only as needed to match your top-ups. We may disclose data when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie that keeps your session and a cookie that remembers your language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through a dashboard ticket. Deleting your account removes its balance.
