Payments & top-ups
Your balance is prepaid in Tether (USDT) on the Tron network. Here is exactly how a top-up works.
- Accepted
- USDT on Tron (TRC-20) only
- Minimum top-up
- 50 USDT
- Credited
- After the payment is confirmed
- Our fee
- None. Only your wallet's network fee
- Request valid for
- 60 minutes
- Balance
- Never expires
How top-ups work
- 1
Create a top-up
In the dashboard, choose an amount from 50 USDT. You get an address and an exact amount with a few extra decimals.
- 2
Send the exact amount
Send exactly that amount of USDT over Tron (TRC-20) to the address shown. Use the copy buttons so nothing changes.
- 3
Balance updated
Once the payment is confirmed, your balance goes up and the top-up appears in your history.
Send only USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. TRX, other tokens, or USDT on any other network can't be credited and may be lost permanently.
Good to know
- What if I pay after the request expires?
- An exact payment that arrives within 7 days of the request is still matched to your account.
- What if I send a different amount?
- Payments are matched by the exact amount, so a different amount isn't credited automatically. Always copy the amount with the button.
- Who pays the network fee?
- Your wallet charges the Tron network fee when you send. Payman adds no fee on top.
- Can I get unused balance back?
- Unused balance can be refunded in USDT (TRC-20) within 30 days of the top-up, to an address you provide, minus network fees. Request it through a dashboard ticket. See the Terms of service for details.
